The central arena of the Forge Manor. Physically demanding, mentally exhausting, and strategically treacherous. Forge Challenges are staged here under full multi-camera coverage. Performance in The Crucible is the primary driver of mentor scores and directly feeds into the Purity Index.

The Glass Lounge

A transparent, fully windowed common room where all conversations are recorded and audited. Contestants know that nothing said here is private. Strategic meetings, alliance discussions, and negotiation sessions happen in plain sight — forcing contestants to be ruthlessly honest or brilliantly deceptive.

The Vault
The only honest room in the Manor.
A soundproof, single-occupancy confessional cabin. The Vault is the one space where contestants can speak freely without fear of other contestant surveillance. Confessional recordings are reviewed by the Forge compliance team and may be used during the Sunday elimination reveal.

The Sanctuary
Where social capital is built.
The living quarters and social hub of the Forge Manor. Bedrooms, dining areas, and recreation spaces are all part of the Sanctuary. Social dynamics forged here — friendships, betrayals, coalitions — are assessed by custodians and are the primary input for custodian evaluation scores.
