The Season Arc
The Entry Trials
30 contestants enter the Forge Manor. Initial challenges establish preliminary rankings and expose early alliances.
Team Warfare
Contestants are split into teams. Team performance directly impacts individual Purity Index scores, creating tactical interdependence.
Solo Trials
Teams dissolve. Every contestant is exposed and scored purely on individual merit across five rapid-fire challenge days.
Grand Finale
The final 5 contestants compete in the Grand Forge Challenge. The survivor with the highest combined Purity Index is crowned the Legend of the Forge.
The Weekly Cycle
Every week inside the Forge Manor follows the same structured cycle — giving contestants no unpredictable hiding spots and audiences a predictable, high-stakes schedule to follow.

| Wednesday | Strategic Roundtable | Contestants participate in open discussion forums in the Glass Lounge — all recorded, all visible, all scored. |
| Thursday | Custodian Drills | The 3 Custodians run specialized evaluation drills testing crisis leadership, negotiation, and influence management. |
| Friday | Alliance Open Hour | The one window per week where contestants can strategically canvass for votes and negotiate alliances in the Sanctuary. |
| Saturday | Nomination Announcement | Custodians announce the 2 nominees for eviction. The Purity Index scores at this moment determine voting urgency. |
| Sunday | Live WAT Elimination Show | At 6:00 PM WAT, the live elimination show airs. Catalyst audience votes close. The contestant with the lowest Purity Index is evicted. |
